Job Description / Responsibilities
- Site management which includes schedule planning and execution of site works, budgeting and management, attending to contractual and technical matters to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Skillful to execute site management practice in line with company’s policies and objectives from job commencement until completion.
- Site management which includes but does not limit to attending site meeting, liaise with owner, contractors, consultant pertaining to technical and coordination issues.
- Monitor and supervise project site work, construction operation and other activities i.e. material delivery, hoisting activity, M&E installation works etc.
- Preparation of documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, or project engineer.
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Having experience in construction and project management will be an added advantage.
