JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze customer needs and to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues
- Provide guidance to team of engineers and technicians on day-to-day technical work, issues and direction
- Arrange manpower, resources and schedule project implementation and management
- Conducting research and study on new technologies and products in order to improve application and process
- Technical presentation, application training and support
- Assist with the project, budgeting and work schedules
- Assist sales team on application and solution offering to customer
- Preparing, reports and other technical documentation whenever required
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in E& amp ;E, Mechatronic or related field
- At least 5 years related working experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Experiences in utilities, IOT and automation industries preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of relevant software and application
