ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :
- To handle purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery and stock control
- To maintain office contract and renewal before the expiry date
- To coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensure that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
- To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- To update office policies as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned by Management
- Schedule in-house and external events
- To coordinate with relevant departments for information and data
- To maintain fixed assets scheduling maintenance and services
- To assist the Management in administrative tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies or Administration or Management
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
