Job Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties
- Data entry, maintain and update office records
- Assist in prepare packing lists, delivery order and invoices
- Handle daily customer service tasks such as replying emails, answering telephone calls, messaging & etc
- Identify customers' needs and provide the appropriate solutions, following up necessary until a resolution is found
- Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on collection & deliveries schedules
- To do daily filing & documentations
- Assist superior on daily tasks, clerical and administrate duties
- To be responsible for other tasks as assigned
