Job Brief:
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive or manager, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, and PowerPoint slides for the Director.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain confidential files and records with discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Job Requirements:
- At least SPM or Diploma in Business / Event or a related field.
- Proven experience in personal assistant.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
