Job Brief:


The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive or manager, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organize the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, and PowerPoint slides for the Director.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.


Job Requirements:


  • At least SPM or Diploma in Business / Event or a related field.
  • Proven experience in personal assistant.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Team Work, Self-Discipline, Good working attitude, Initiative, Detail oriented, Time management
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
