Job Brief:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Student Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and passion in supporting clients/students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and access to necessary resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional student services by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high responsiveness.
- Organize and manage student courses, events, and programs while serving as a primary point of contact for student communications.
- Maintain regular communication with students through emails, and social media, and assist with the registration process, updating student information in the CRM database.
- Gather feedback to improve services and the overall student experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of Feng Shui products and services, collaborate with the sales team, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' needs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in customer service or student support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems or CRM software.
