Job Responsibilities
Assist Brand Manager in formulating Marketing strategies, planning and execution of Brand Plans.
- Plans, executes and manages yearly sales and A&P budget.
- Ensure effective communication with Principal.
- Liaise with business associates and coordinates cross-functional planning and executions in the organisation.
- Plans and implements launch and promotion activities based on brand calendar.
- Works closely with A&P and agency for effective digital strategies and execution.
- Prepares weekly report and monthly demand forecast for effective inventory management.
- Creates POSMs for trade implementation.
- Close communication with sales team to ensure implementation of agreed marketing activities.
- Works with Merchandising team to ensure effective product display with brand guidelines.
- Prepares monthly and activation reports for principals and management.
- Supports Beauty Advisors with product training.
- Utilises sales performance data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing initiatives.
- Tracks competitors’ activities in offline and online business.
- Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of brand team and company.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferably in an FMCG industry
- Good PC skills
- Organised, detailed and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated outgoing personality with a passion to succeed in brand management
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
