Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and competent e-commerce executive to join the dynamic team at 23 MEDIA SDN BHD.
- You will play a critical role in optimising our online business operations and providing great service. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will handle all of our sales touch points, including our website, online marketplaces, and aggregators, as well as oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and improve the overall customer experience.

Objectives of this role
- Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategy to attract new customers and commercial prospects.
- Optimize the whole e-commerce process for clients, including lead generation, conversion and post-purchase support.
- Manage e-commerce systems for product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Your tasks
- Conduct market research, outreach, and create customer relationships to increase sales.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to monitor e-commerce performance, detect trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Provide product demonstrations and sales statistics to new clients, negotiate contracts and conclude transactions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, and customer support) to launch web campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Promote our product and retail sales team by attending conferences, events and trade shows.
Required skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Extensive experience managing product listings, inventories, pricing strategies, and e- commerce operations to improve visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills in data analysis, market research and customer behavior to identify trends and growth possibilities.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decision-making and propose strategies to increase online sales.
- Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities, including proficiency in English.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms including Tik Tok and Shopee.
Salary Range
RM2,500.00 – RM3,000.00
