Order Processing Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver outstanding service by promptly handling and processing customer orders.
2. Ensuring all order fulfilments are completed for the day.
3. Coordinate with internal sales team and external customers to address the requirements, inquiries and delivery updates.
4. Manage the whole cycle of customer orders from receipt to delivery, including order entry into SAP system.
5. Assist in any supply chain day-to-day operations.
6. Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Good command of English.
3. Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Word, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am - 5.00pm), subject to completion of daily order fulfilments.
