JOB DESCRIPTION
- To update brown file into system
- To prepare documents for delivery of vehicle.
- To take care of reception counter & showroom
- To assist attending walk in guest / customers
- To assist in preparing reports
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Attend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls, mail/courier packages as well as visitors.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
