【崗位】:訂貨及售後理賠文員
【崗位人數】:2人
【崗位要求】:
- 高中及以上學歷,要求會華語,馬來語;
- 男女不限,細心認真,具備服務意識,能熟練使用excel等軟體;
- 較強的溝通能力。
【崗位職責】:
- 負責審核客戶訂單貨品/數量/價格/確保準確率;
- 負責出貨開單,跟單流程,確保貨物準確及時交付;
- 負責訂單分析,銷售數據統計等,為領導及相關部門提供週度,月度,季度庫存數據等,確保庫存安全。
- 負責廣告物料的算款,下單,物流對接,售後理賠等;
5.工作有同事教會。

At least two languages communicate Chinese and Malay
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, strong and time management
- Excellent data entry & negotiate skills
- Professional in using data entry software such as Microsoft excel, Word and SQL
【Job responsibilities】:
- To assist in the smooth operations of the purchasing department
- To handle customer ordering goods, quality and price accurate
- To keep track all shipping products timely and follow up process ensure delivery on time
- Report daily jobs task to supervisor
- To analysis and calculate the amount of placing order, courier expense and other expenses
- Team spirit and excellent manage relation skills
