订货及售后理赔文员 PURCHASING CUM ORDER EXECUTIVE

【岗位】：订货及售后理赔文员

【岗位人数】：2人

【岗位要求】：

1. 高中及以上学历，要求会华语，马来语；
2. 男女不限，细心认真，具备服务意识，能够熟练使用excel等软件；
3. 较强的沟通能力。

【岗位职责】：

1. 负责审核客户订单货品/数量/价格/确保准确率；
2. 负责出货开单，跟单流程，确保货物准确及时交付；
3. 负责订单分析，销售数据统计等，为领导及相关部门提供周度，月度，季度库存数据等，确保库存安全。
4. 负责广告物料的算款，下单，物流对接，售后理赔等；

5.工作有同事教会。

【Qualification】:

1. SPM above or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. At least two languages communicate Chinese and Malay
3. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, strong and time management
4. Excellent data entry & negotiate skills
5. Professional in using data entry software such as Microsoft excel, Word and SQL

【Job responsibilities】:

1. To assist in the smooth operations of the purchasing department
2. To handle customer ordering goods, quality and price accurate
3. To keep track all shipping products timely and follow up process ensure delivery on time
4. Report daily jobs task to supervisor
5. To analysis and calculate the amount of placing order, courier expense and other expenses
6. Team spirit and excellent manage relation skills

【Compensation benefits】:
