【岗位】:订货及售后理赔文员
【岗位人数】:2人
【岗位要求】:
- 高中及以上学历,要求会华语,马来语;
- 男女不限,细心认真,具备服务意识,能够熟练使用excel等软件;
- 较强的沟通能力。
【岗位职责】:
- 负责审核客户订单货品/数量/价格/确保准确率;
- 负责出货开单,跟单流程,确保货物准确及时交付;
- 负责订单分析,销售数据统计等,为领导及相关部门提供周度,月度,季度库存数据等,确保库存安全。
- 负责广告物料的算款,下单,物流对接,售后理赔等;
5.工作有同事教会。

【Qualification】:
- SPM above or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least two languages communicate Chinese and Malay
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, strong and time management
- Excellent data entry & negotiate skills
- Professional in using data entry software such as Microsoft excel, Word and SQL
【Job responsibilities】:
- To assist in the smooth operations of the purchasing department
- To handle customer ordering goods, quality and price accurate
- To keep track all shipping products timely and follow up process ensure delivery on time
- Report daily jobs task to supervisor
- To analysis and calculate the amount of placing order, courier expense and other expenses
- Team spirit and excellent manage relation skills
