企划经理 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

【岗位】：企划经理

【岗位人数】：1人

【岗位要求】：

1. 大学毕业，具备3年及以上相关工作经验；
2. 具备营销推广，活动策划，社媒运营等经验者优先；
3. 有团队管理经验者优先，男女不限，要求会英语，华语和马来语。
4. 具备沟通协作能力，抗压能力，学习能力。

【岗位职责】：

1. 负责企划团队内部管理及各模块工作安排，保障团队及项目推进；
2. 完成公司年度活动策划，宣传推广等目标（新品上市/品牌营销活动/门店活动等），负责协同相关部门，完成活动策划及推进，达成项目目标；
3. 维护媒体推广资源，包括不局限于达人，同行等。

【Qualifications】:

1. Bachelor degree marketing communication, digital media or related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in digital media with min 2 years in managerial role
3. At least two languages communicate Chinese and Malay
4. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platform including google ads facebook ads manager, google analytics and social media managements tools
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
6. Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
7. A creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand development and audience engagement
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
9. Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies as needed to meet business goals

【Job responsibilities】:

1. To monitor and planning work or projects arrangement of each department activities go smooth
2. To complete annual event planning 4p such as people, price promotion dan place and achieve project goals
3. Ensure the creation of compelling and consistent digital content including social media posts, video, email marketing in brand guidelines
