Salary: RM3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead and train staff to enhance team performance.
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in creating promotions to boost sales.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the outlet.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
- Promote a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a supervisor or manager in food and beverage, preferably in a tea outlet.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for quality service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of tea products is a plus.
