- Responsible to handle Shopee and TikTok platform
- Participate in live streams (SP and TT)
- Manage all online sales activities, including product listing, updating stock, processing orders and customer query
- Prepare an invoice for monthly sales
- Prepare Daily and Monthly Report for Management review.
- Planning an online promotion for each season
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce.
- Understand the latest trends and behaviours of social media audience
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a good service
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Proficient in social media platform such Shopee and TikTok is an advantage
