Responsibilities職責:
- Enter, process and track customer orders, shipment arrangements and account
receivable verification
- Maintain contact with customers, reply to email and confirm delivery dates.
- Provide shipping documents, assist business personnel in controlling shipments, and
handle import and export matters.
- Assist business personnel to handle business-related internal administrative operations
of the company.
- Business report production.
- Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
- 輸入、處理和追蹤客戶訂單、出貨安排和應收帳款核對。
- 保持與客戶間聯繫,回覆郵件並確認交貨日期。
- 提供貨運單據,協助業務人員控制出貨,辦理進出口事宜。
- 協助業務人員處理相關業務的內部行政事務。
- 業務報告製作。
- 主管交辦的其他事項。

5. Willing go to Taiwan for training
