Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers.
- Providing consultation and troubleshooting of Customers' Premises Equipment (CPE).
- Perform triple-play services testing which included High-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via the company's speed test webpage, perform test calls from VOIP phone (incoming & outgoing calls and take down the recordings.
- Promoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for a long-term partnership.
Job Requirements:-
- Qualification: Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science (Software Engineering) or its equivalent.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Highly motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
- An excellent communicator who can articulate ideas and resolve engineering issues.
- Possess own transport
