Job Description
- Provide administrative support for relevant departments
- Data entry and documents control
- Organize files, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist and follow up activities assigned with departments procedure and rules
- Process related communications, including ad hoc task required by management, emails
- General office duties as required
- Computer literate with basic knowledge in MS Office
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience or fresh graduate encouraged to apply
- Working 5 days a week (Saturday/Sunday are closed)
- Working location at Taman Puncak Jalil, Selangor
