Job Description:
- Manage and oversee daily finance operations, effectively communicating any issues or opportunities to the management team.
- Develop and implement financial management systems, accounting procedures, and controls.
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support annual audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with management, analyzing performance, variances, budget adherence, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring timely completion and submission.
- Provide expert financial insights and recommendations for new business ventures and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive business development and improve process efficiency.
- Utilize financial systems effectively, proposing enhancements or integrations as necessary.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and assignments as directed by the management team.
