Responsibilities:-
Perform end-to-end order SME order processing within SLA
Verify on documentations during order submission
Create order in system accurately and timely
Follow up with dealer or customer on all order related issue
Close all pending orders timely
Provide support and guidance to dealers on order submission via mSell, Dealernet or CPQ. Conduct training to dealers as and when needed
Able to understand and articulate the requirements and process to stakeholders during new product development workshop and make recommendation on the appropriate user journey in system
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post production verification (PPV) as and when required
Update the changes in term of operations or business processes for SME from time to time
Requirements:-
Able to work shift (9am – 6pm / 1pm -10pm
Able work during PH and weekend (If required)
Full Covid 19 vaccination
