Responsibilities:
- To attend all incoming calls efficiently.
- Attending to customers' enquiries and sales related activities.
- To handle data entry for all sales invoices.
- To provide good customer service and attend walk-in customers at the sales counter.
- To attend any other job that assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess min. SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Have at least of 1 year working experience in either customer service or clerical duties.
- Able to speak English, BM and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills in handling incoming calls from customer enquiries.
- Computer literate (excel & word).
- Product knowledge in health care and beauty products experience will be an added advantage.
