Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day Finance Operations side of the business (assisting on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger functions).
- Ensure responsibility of accountancy and financial administration working closely with various stakeholders (internal and external).
- Assisting on bank reconciliation for cash flow management and planning.
- Follow up on timeliness to update daily, weekly and monthly standardized reports templates, analysing volume and value sales, collection update and etc. for presentation purpose.
- Providing daily support on all outstanding queries from the regional offices and customers as and when required.
- Ad hoc accounting duties
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Business Field
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese and Mandarin language for both spoken and written
