Job Responsibilities:-
- Inspect vehicle tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- Perform tyre repairs, including patching and plugging.
- Replace worn or damaged tyres with new ones.
- Balance tyres to ensure smooth vehicle operation.
- Rotate tyres to promote even wear.
- Maintain accurate records of all tyre services performed.
- Ensure all tyres meet safety standards and regulations.
- Operate tyre repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any tyre-related questions.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of new tyres.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tyre technologies and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance on tyre repair equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Job Requirements:-
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Tyre Man or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of tyres and their specific requirements.
- Ability to operate tyre repair tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tyres.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
