Job Responsibilities
- Maintain IT inventory in organization (hardware & software)
- Support and maintain network infrastructure and reliable backup system (Disaster Recovery)
- Support ad-hoc IT projects for proper integration and effective implementation
- Support network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting issues and outages, scheduling
- upgrades and collaborating with service provider on network optimization
- Prepare report on task progress and issues encountered with solution recommendation
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior
- Support in office task (documentation)
- Main window for IT support/helpdesk in organization - 1st level support
- To participate NMM company activities (Ss, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO
- Documentation, etc) as assigned
