Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in HR and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings and managing job boards
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
