Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat and Email Support Specialist fluent in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Support Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience via chat and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and/or English.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to our products and services, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide product information, guide customers through processes, and offer tailored solutions to address concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using internal systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and service improvements to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin (written and verbal). Proficiency in English is required.
