As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, providing strategic direction, and ensuring financial stability and growth. CFO will work closely with the GCEO, Boards of Directors & Sr. executive to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals. Additionally, CFO will manage the company's taxations & compliance, ensuring optimal tax positions & adherence to all relevant tax laws.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop & execute financial strategies aligned with the company's objective.
- Provide financial insights & recommendations to the GCEO & Board on financial matters.
- Drive business performance by analyzing financial data & market trends.
- Financial Management
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board and stakeholders.
- Manage financial risks & implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Taxation Management
- Develop & implement the company's tax strategy to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy & timeliness.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the organization & adapting strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to address complex tax issues and ensure adherence to tax planning strategies.
- Implement & oversee tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position and manage deferred tax assets and liabilities.
- Operational Excellence
- Optimize financial processes & systems for efficiency & effectiveness.
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including long-term & short-term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, & internal controls.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Support mergers, acquisitions, & other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Evaluate and drive initiatives to enhance financial performance & operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Educations: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; An MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 20+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in Finance.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability to develop & implement financial strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of taxation laws & regulations, with experience in tax strategy & compliance.
