Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with team to solve quality issue and provide countermeasure report
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality issue
- Monitor calibration and verification of equipment and jigs
- Verify raw material mill cert and sub-parts compliance
- Responsible and assist in quality improvement (Kaizen)
- Prepare quality checking document (First Article, PIS, Outgoing Data Sheet)
- Assist in ensuring the application of Quality Management System
- Ensure subordinate is properly train for inspection and knowledge on product quality
- Assist HOD from time to time
- Meet KPI given
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in quality of automotive sector is an added advantages.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels and proactive.
- Able to travel around Klang Valley
- Good attendance, willingness to learn, meticulous, diligent, honest and self-discipline.
