Job Responsibilities
- Meeting clients and produce concept design and solutions of space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications in kitchen and Home Appliance based on customer’s needs.
- Responsible on provide before and after sales service to customers.
- To achieve personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on receive and take over the new lead or walk-in customers that has been delegated by Sales Executive.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client’s project.
- Perform in kick-off, presentation, prepare proposals, sales quotation, and process to production.
- Meeting client to propose 2D / 3D design and obtain their acceptance.
- Site visit for measurement and supervise jobs up to completion.
- Manage client’s project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
- Record, analyze and report follow up progress of leads and sales in internal system.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate with 1 to 2 years work experience in kitchen interior design.
- Bachelor of Interior Design (Hons).
- Product knowledge for home appliances, cabinetry products interior design for home renovation will be an added value.
- PC literate and familiar with design software e.g., AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Sales driven, pleasant personality and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak in English, & Bahasa Malaysia, other languages will be an added advantage.
- Normal working hours: Monday to Friday – 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Occasionally willing to work based on client request and weekend.
- Possess own transportation.
