Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers aggressively and provide clear information.
- Sales Skills: Experience in sales techniques and a persuasive approach to promoting products.

Educational Requirements:

Experience:
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is often preferred.
- Promotional Experience: Experience in promoting Chocolate/Perfume/Cosmetics product can be advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Customer Engagement:
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them in finding products or information.
- Provide Product Information: Explain features, benefits, and usage of products to help customers make informed decisions.
- Address Customer Queries: Respond to customer questions and concerns in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
2. Sales and Promotion:
- Promote Special Offers: Inform customers about ongoing promotions and discounts.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Suggest additional products or services that complement the customer's current purchase.
- Track Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales figures and promotional campaign effectiveness.
3. Visual Merchandising:
- Display Products: Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to enhance visual appeal and attract customers.
- Update Promotional Materials: Ensure that promotional posters, flyers, and digital content are current and visible.
4. Marketing and Outreach:
- Participate in Events: Represent the store at promotional events, trade shows, and community activities.
5. Store Maintenance:
- Keep Store Organized: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with products.
- Manage Inventory: Help with inventory checks and report any discrepancies or low stock levels.
6. Customer Feedback:
- Collect Feedback: Gather and record customer feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Work with Team: Collaborate with other team members and management to achieve sales targets and store goals.
