Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee all operations activities that affect quality.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
- Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Standard, SOP, customer specifications, safety and health, 5S, 3R guidelines, company rules and regulations.
- Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Liaise with different departments, customers and suppliers to meet the objective and understand their requirements.
- Ensure Lean Manufacturing in QA.
- Develop continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture in QA.
- Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures and avoiding quality related complaints and claims.
- Maintains and improves product quality, quality system, and compliance audits.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years related work experience in plastic injection moulding industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills with continuous improvement mindset.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in managing external & internal Quality Audit Programs and experience in effective customer & supplier management.
- Good understanding of quality requirements and proficient knowledge of production processes.
- Knowledge in QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality related tools.
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001.
