Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all marketing strategies related to media, PR, branding, advertising, etc.
• Curate and oversee video production projects, including concept development, scriptwriting, video shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Manage the company's digital presence across social media platforms by developing content strategies and managing online campaigns.
• Collaborate with multiple parties, departments, KOLs, and freelancers to produce marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Organize and execute on-the-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, showroom events, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure they meet business goals.
• Prepare and maintain all related marketing material and tools for the company, including brochures, flyers, digital assets, and promotional items.
• Manage and optimize the company’s marketing/A&P budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategy.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good presentation skills, the ability to speak in public, and a strong command of English is essential.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms is a plus.
• Experience with video production software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
