As the Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also plan and execute high-quality events, ensuring they align with our brand standards and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify potential business opportunities through market analysis and strategic outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage events, from corporate gatherings to private parties, ensuring seamless execution.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to promote Serai Group’s services.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement and efficient event logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, event management, or a related role within the Food and Beverage, Hotel, Logistics, or Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing events successfully.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a creative thinker with innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
