Job Descriptions
- To assist the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day delivery operations of the warehouse.
- Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support wide and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system.
- Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately.
- To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly.
- To perform other duties as and when required for the department.
- To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- To motivate & train subordinates.
Requirements
- Good communication skill and writing skill.
- Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software application.
- Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure.
- Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics or any related field.
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in import/export processes.
