RESPONSIBILITY:
- Perform daily accounts operations task, including banking and finance.
- Processing of supplier invoices including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents.
- Assists in liaising with auditor on audits and provides account information for tax purposes.
- Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is required, preferable in construction company.
- Responsible, independent and ability to work effectively within a team with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Excel & Word and familiar with AUTOCOUNT Accounting Software is an added advantage.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendors.
