International Business Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s international trade and external business, mainly including the following tasks:
- Promote and sell company products, increasing product exposure in the market.
- Expand the market, conduct market research, gather customer information, and track customer needs to provide product information.
- Understand the characteristics of company products and engage in product sales.
- Handle orders, follow up on customer satisfaction, and maintain customer relationships.
- Focus on key aspects of the products and represent the company image, safeguarding the company’s interests.
Primary Duties:
- Familiarize with the company’s products and understand their features to provide professional product advice to customers.
- Possess strong market awareness and sales skills, with experience in market expansion and customer maintenance.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to independently carry out market work, collect, and track customer information.
- Exhibit team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, careful work habits, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Maintain a professional appearance and possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively represent the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher education level.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, Malay, and other languages.
- At least one year of work experience.
