Job Descriptions:
- Ensure excellent client service by providing prompt responses to requests and queries within the specified timeline.
- Manage the lodgments of statutory forms in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Follow up with clients on the return of documents and forms and ensure the submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the specified deadline.
- Other ad hoc job to be assigned by the superior from time to time;
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ Business/ Law.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experiences in company secretarial field.
- Familiar with the Companies Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in company secretarial field with exposure to public listed companies will have an added advantage.
