Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, disciplinary actions, attendance management, and SOCSO administration for executives.
- Plan and coordinate training programs, both in-house and external, including applying for HRDF grants and monitoring training effectiveness.
- Coordinate internship recruitment processes.
- Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and addressing any audit findings promptly.
