Software Developer

Job Overview:

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical specifications, and write high-quality code. Your role will also involve testing, deploying, and maintaining software systems, ensuring they run efficiently and securely

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions by understanding business requirements, analyzing system workflows, and following the software development lifecycle.
• Review existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and stakeholders to define and refine technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code according to project requirements.
• Test software solutions in controlled environments, identifying and resolving issues before deployment.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and user guides.
• Deploy software systems and provide post-launch support and maintenance.
• Conduct system analysis to evaluate operational feasibility and propose improvements.
• Manage software procurement and coordinate vendor interactions for testing and approvals.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all development processes.
• Provide training and support to users as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++ or similar.
• Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework and/or library (such as Laravel, Angular, Next.js, jQuery) 
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Knowledge of system analysis, software design, and documentation best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• 2-3 years of working experience is required for this position
