Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Plantation or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field (Palm oil industry would be an added advantage)
- Possess driving license and able to drive manual transmission vehicle
- Willing to travel to rural areas on a regular basis
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business risks/red flags, design audit procedures and execute audits across group businesses (mainly: estates/mills/workshops/etc) on a regular basis
- Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with accepted standards
- Compile and follow-up on issues highlighted in the audit reports
- Provide independent and objective recommendations and internal internal controls pertaining to the audit findings to improve company's internal control (efficiency and effectiveness)
- Prepare audit reports
- Provide guidance and support to Internal Audit Assistant in compiling and tracking audit issues
