Job Description:
We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Personnel to work closely with the CEO and Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, highly analytical, and possess experience in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive the Company’s growth and profitability.
- Align business operations with the long-term vision and goals of the organization.
- Working together with COO to oversee the company's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze financial reports and metrics to make sound business decisions.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met across the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO, contributing to overall organizational success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant business management capacity, preferably in the retail industry.
- Experience in data analysis and budget management.
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
