Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5-8 years of corporate administration and management experience
- Strong execution and administration management skills, with a focus on project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills, and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team.
- Discretion and confidentially when handling sensitive information
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate office in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the senior management, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of corporate strategies and business plans.
- Perform other management functions as requested by senior management.
