Position: Marketing Engineer
Job Description:
- Modify and enhance designs based on engineering changes.
- Interpret and utilize technical data effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share design information for preliminary quotes.
- Follow up on new projects to ensure smooth progression.
- Lead the product design and development process from concept to completion.
- Provide timely feedback on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate the finalization, review, and monitoring of technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines for new projects.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in stamping tool design or a related field.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with sales, production, supervisors, and technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail in design work.
- Ability to prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards and compliance.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Fluent in English, Malay, or Chinese).
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
- Experience and knowledge in product development.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Must have own transport.
