Job Description
• To draft SPA documentation in collaboration with the lead solicitor.
• Standardise the Letter of Undertaking format and review for necessary changes.
• Provide advice on the legal documentation.
• Establish and review on company’s internal policies, contracts and agreements in compliance
with statutory and legal requirements.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements, memorandum of understanding, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Recommend safeguard to company’s legal position and highlight any potential legal or
regulatory risks on new investments, expansion plans or new business venture
• Coordinate with external solicitors.
• Manage and resolve legal issues in contract, litigation/ arbitration and dispute resolutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and recommend appropriate courses of action for identified legal
Issues.
• Monitor updates to relevant laws and regulatory issues related to the business units.
Job Requirements
• Diploma / degree in law with working experience in corporate / property.
• Possess competent knowledge in handling contract management.
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
Salary Range:
RM4,500.00 to RM6,000.00
