Sales Engineer (Taman Desa Tebrau)

Job Description:

• Use practical & innovative ways to identify and penetrate targeted segments such as Architects, Consultants, MVAC Contractors direct model.
• Ability to utilize experience and understanding of the development sector to execute the company's sales & business objectives.
• Coordinate activities as aligned with corporate directions on pricing, delivery, and sales channels to drive individual sales strategies to achieve optimum results for the company.
• Promote product to the developer, and contractor and specify in the project market.
• Conduct product presentations to external customers to increase market penetration and awareness.
• Organize & executive daily sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Handle timely collections by monitoring customer aging.
• Forecast sales to enable operation planning.
• Close sales for dealing with government authorities, schools, mosques etc. Liaise with contractors, engineers, consultants and etc.
• Attend to customers' inquiries and preparation of sales proposals, quotations, Auto-cad design drawings for submission, attend site meetings, handover, and inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Is a strength if the candidate demonstrates good knowledge and understanding of the consumer electrical industry, market and competitors.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Taman Desa Tebrau, JB.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, BM and English.
• Must know AutoCAD is compulsory.
• Willing to travel outstation Melaka and Northern Johor.
