Responsibilities:
• Maintain and file all records
• Monitoring on stock level & Purchasing, shipping arrangement.
• Negotiate with supplier for price & delivery.
• Good telephone communication & interpersonal skills.
• Assist in any administrative and ad-hoc assignments as and when required
• Prepare reports as and when required.
• Daily update good receive records
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience not necessary but willing to learn fast.
• Computer literate with good knowledge Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word & etc.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Able to work independently, efficiently, self-motivated and possess good communication skills.
• Chinese speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Malay & Chinese
