About the Role
As a Product Manager, Lending/Loan, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our loan portfolio. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our lending products to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for the lending product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, compliance, and operations, to ensure successful product launch and management.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop pricing strategies and profitability models for lending products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
