So what is your role?
- Responsible for communicating, coordinating, requirements gathering, and define business analysis requirements from the partners/clients.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FS).
- Perform quality assurance, testing, verifications, validations, and recommend new enhancements to improve IT processes.
- Provide progress reporting and manage change requirements (CR) in a timely and structured manner, communicating to stakeholders for review and approval.
Who are we looking for?
- Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technologies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experienced in the Insurance or Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment.
- Able to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
