Responsibilities:
- To input/ update data in the computer systems
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Assist to ensure all paperwork is well prepared and filed accordingly
- Adhere to all SOPs and compliance procedures
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- To perform any other tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Required Skill(s):
- Accounting software (AUTO COUNT)
- Attention to details, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Positive & proactive mindset will be added advantage.
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
