Responsibility:
1) Assist Manager to update customer investment amount and ready investment report for meeting, update price and compile fund performance chart
2) Assist Manager to manage courier service and monitor the pick up and arrival of parcel
3) Assist Clients to carry out the investment administration procedure
4) Handle requests and queries of prospect appropriately
5) Schedule meeting for Manager with Clients
6) Manage other clerical and administration works
7) Handle basic agency matters
Requirements:
1) Home-based working with basic salary and bonus. Preferably retirees or student
2) No basic salary with flexible working hours.
3) Possess problem solving ability
4) Figure oriented and willing to learn
5) MS office especially power point
6) English and Chinese literate. Verbal and writing
7) Trustworthy
8) Possess transport
9) Able to perform online meeting and once in a week to have physical meeting
10) At least Diploma or higher in Business studies
